On International Women's Day 2024, we celebrate the remarkable achievements of the women in Schoeller Allibert: Our female colleagues who embody excellence, resilience, and leadership – and bring energy to all levels. International Women's Day, celebrated on March 8th each year, has been brought to life as a day that shouts out women's success and equality globally.

Schoeller Allibert is well positioned to giving this day a special flavor and not letting it pass unnoticed. There’s a plethora of meaningful initiatives going on in different Schoeller Allibert locations today that celebrate the achievements of women and showcase best practices implemented on gender equality, such as thank you notes to female co-workers, learning sessions, office events and/or re-decorating offices in purple (the color associated with International Women's Day) to get all employees into the inclusive spirit of the day.

Jan Anne Schelling, Chief Human Resources Officer Schoeller Allibert:

“Every single woman we have on board symbolizes the strength and talent that drive Schoeller Allibert forward. It’s this ‘female power’ that helps us make a significant impact – not only in our respective business fields, but also in our everyday ‘working and being’ together. It’s this mix that inspires me and everyone in Schoeller Allibert to reach their potential and our business success. We will continue to mark International Women's Day in the Schoeller Allibert workplace as a token of our efforts for inclusivity and showing our dedication to valuing every employee equally. Collectively we can all #InspireInclusion.”
