Our Winsford site is a principal manufacturing facility and strategic business unit within this multi-site international group, continuing to benefit from significant investment in state of the art technology and equipment.  We are currently looking to recruit a Sales and Business Development Managers to join our sales team.

Schoeller Allibert is currently looking to recruit a Sales and Business Development Manager to support our aggressive growth strategy in Ireland.

As a Sales and Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the management and business growth of our Irish Region encompassing exploring, developing and converting new markets and business opportunities in addition to working alongside existing customers to ensure the sales opportunities are maximised in the field of returnable transit packaging.

This role will be field based covering the Irish Markets and Customers with occasional visits to the Operational Plant in the UK.

As this role is  field based , Schoeller Allibert is flexible on home location of potential candidates. The aim being to maximise the opportunities to be promoting our business and services with both new and existing customers within the Irish market. Occasional visits to our manufacturing site in the UK will be required.

Training and Development Specialist

Our Winsford site is a principal manufacturing facility and strategic business unit within this multi-site international group, continuing to benefit from significant investment in state of the art technology and equipment.  We are currently looking to recruit a Training and Development Specialist to join our UK Human Resource team.

Reporting to the UK Human Resources Manager.  The successful candidate will be vital in enabling the business to achieve its aggressive training, development and upskilling strategies in support of the Company's five year business plan.

As a Training and Development Specialist you will be responsible for the generation and deployment of the Corporate Training Plan for the organisation.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the sourcing, design and delivery of upskilling / training programmes to support our workforce's development to drive continuous improvement of our employee's skills and competence.


This role will be based at our Head Office  in Winsford with occasional visits to training suppliers, skills agencies in support of our training intiatives.

Customer Support Advisor

Our Winsford site is a principal manufacturing facility and strategic business unit within this multi-site international group, continuing to benefit from significant investment in state of the art technology and equipment. 

 

Schoeller Allibert are looking to recruit a Customer Support Advisor,  reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader. This position is based at our manufacturing site in Winsford, Cheshire.

 

Job Purpose:

To manage end to end supply of sales orders to internal and external customer base from order receipt, purchase of goods and dispatch to the customer, sub-contractors and any other area of the business deemed necessary as required.

 

In addition to the above, the incumbent will have responsibility for the realisation of a sales budget of upto £25k per month from existing accounts and £5k per month new business.
