When visiting our facilities, personal data is entered by yourself or the security/reception employee via the registration service directly in the access system. The recipients of the collected data are authorized employees only.
According to Article 5(1) (e) GDPR, data will be stored only for the purposes for which the personal data are processed unless the exception mentioned under this article applies.
The personal data included in the registration system is stored for a period of 24 months after the right of access has expired, unless the person is on a blacklist. In that case, personal data will remain in the system until the period for which the access is denied has expired. The access records included in the access registration system are kept for a maximum of 24 months, after that the registrations are destroyed.
We use security procedures to prevent unauthorised access or to prevent the loss of personal data, etc.
We use cookies when offering our services. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computer's hard drive when you visit the website.
